Heating is carried out through radiators connected to a central system of the building turned on at fixed times, not modifiable. In addition, heating is only available in winter (from 15 October to 15 April unless amended by the City of Turin). Air conditioning is available in the living room/bedroom and not in the bathroom. In winter, it can be used on request to heat if heating with radiators is not enough.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
